Laura just sold our house for us and we have been so glad we chose her. She is personable and professional in every way and uniquely qualified by the staging she does and invaluable advice from experience she gives. We worked with her in preparations over 6 months She was always available when we needed giving advice on how to cost effectively spend our money on updates and preparations that would give the most value on return and confidence to a potential buyer. She talked us out of several things we planned to do that we did not need to do which saved us a lot of money. She then helped us stage the house effectively without paying someone extra to do it. She held our hand and through this process and things went exactly as she said they would at every step. She knows her market, knows her industry and has excellent follow through. Her negotiation skills got us everything we wanted in the contract which allowed us to move in this difficult market to another property we were able to purchase. On top of that, she is a nice person and cares about her clients. Hire her without hesitation.

Hands down the best! Laura helped us purchase our first home in 2014 in Snoqualmie Ridge where we were initially impressed with her knowledge of the market. More recently, in 2021, she has helped us sell that home and purchase our dream home in the craziest real estate market ever in Snoqualmie Ridge! Laura was super responsive to all of our needs. She always gave us great advice and helped us take emotions out of the decision. The extra value that Laura added in our situation was suggesting we put our home on the market with a rent back condition. This outside of the box thinking is what enabled us to sell our home and be able to compete in the competitive market. You know you have the best agent whenever your children are happy to go see her! We strongly recommend Laura to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

We had a wonderful experience working with Laura. Buying and selling a home is a stressful process, especially in this market, and we are indebted to Laura for making it possible to purchase our dream home! From the start, Laura was very responsive and communicative. While I realize she has many clients she's working with, Laura always made us feel like we were her #1 priority. We had a few factors that complicated our home buying process and Laura was so creative in finding solutions so that we could purchase our dream home sooner than expected. Laura is incredibly knowledgeable, and this paid off big time as we worked through options throughout the process. One of the things I appreciated most was that she not only prioritized her communication with us, she also provided amazing service to the families that put in offers on our home when it was our turn to sell. We know how stressful it is to be on the “buyer” end of the process and we appreciated that she represented us well during the selling process. Customer service at its best! We would work with Laura again in a heartbeat, but she already found us our dream home – so for now, we will just be referring her to anyone asking!

My wife and I were very pleased with Laura's help selling our home on Fairway Ave. in Snoqualmie Ridge. Laura has lived on the ridge for a number of years and is very knowledgable of the many neighborhoods within Snoqualmie Ridge and is exceedingly good at selling the merits of each. In terms of responsiveness, I can't imagine anyone better. Phone calls returned immediately. Questions answered in a like fashion. Her knowledge of current pricing and inventory trends are exceptional. Anyone looking for help buying or selling their home would be well served to enlist the help of Laura Hodgson.

Dictionary describes TRUST: Reliance on the Integrity, Strength, Ability, Surety ,etc., of a person or thing; Confidence. . I spent two weekends looking at houses with Laura but was living & working on the east coast. It was difficult to spend the time needed to properly look for my new home. Laura knew exactly what I wanted. I had complete TRUST in her. She found a house we did a video tour. I purchased my house on the trust I had in Laura. It was only after the closing I actually physically saw the house. I couldn't be happier with my (Laura's) purchase. Laura's a dedicated professional.

Working with Laura was by far the bright spot of selling my home. She took time at the outset to understand my goals and motivation and used that in formulating strategies and providing advice throughout the process. I am on the far end of "detail oriented" and Laura answered all my questions quickly, accurately, and always in good cheer - even during the stressful stretches of negotiation and closing. It's not often I work with professional services that I consider both professional and a true service. Laura is definitely both. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

This spring when our needs changed and we were ready to downsize, there was no question who we would choose for our agent again. She did an excellent job marketing our house to ensure it sold quickly and was always keeping us in the loop on recent comps so we could react if needed. Laura is a true professional ! She is very prompt in responding, super easy to talk to. She made helpful suggestions without forcing them, which is very unusual to find in real estate agent. We interviewed three other agents and decided to go with Laura and it was really a good decision. She came across as agent who had "our" not "their own" best interests at heart. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

At every turn, Laura was ahead of the game. She saved my wife and I much potential calamity and was instrumental in helping us on the purchase of our out of state home. Here, she had no commission but knew much more than our Arizona realtor. We cannot say enough good about Laura.

Laura is a great agent. She is working with us on two homes in the $1-$2M value on the East Side (Seattle). We had quite a complicated sale fall through due to a buyers contingency and she worked in a very difficult agent situation. She was professional and prompt all along. She has worked with us twice in successfully renting a very large home with great tenants and is working with us currently on sells and buys. A great friend to have about.

I contacted Laura in May of 2013 when I was considering listing my home in Duvall. We met at my house, and although I hadn't made up my mind yet, I really connected with Laura and her knowledgeable, low pressure approach. I did wind up listing and Laura had my sign in the ground and my photos done quickly! She was very helpful with advice on the things I needed to get done and ALWAYS returned my calls! That was huge to me!! I had a few snags in my sale because of buyer issues but Laura was on top of it. I'm happy to say the sale went through and I was thrilled with the offer. Laura charges 1% but gives 100%! I highly recommend Laura Flodin for any of your buying or selling needs.

Right from the start, Laura had a time plan of actions and deadlines that resulted in our house getting listed quickly. We were especially pleased with the marketing of our home, including the pictures and description of the home. In the selling process, she represented our location with knowledge of the community, the schools and other local services. Laura always responded to our questions in a timely manner and with complete answers.

She was incredible at keeping us calm during the process, kept a level head, stayed on strategy and never once did she do anything that was not in our best interest. We have bought and sold many homes in WA State. Hands down Laura is the cream of the crop. The only agent we will ever use as buyers or sellers!!! An example...on our last transaction we had listed with a local very well known agent in eastern WA State. In a dead sellers market the first agent brought in little activity - we cancelled the listing agreement and hired Laura . Within short order Laura sold the home --and for full price!!
